Your knowledge and experience in commercial insurance, combined with your attention to detail and customer service focus, are the keys to success in the role of Customer Service Representative. This role is reporting to the Senior Vice President, Legal Insure Services Canada.

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide our internal and external clients with prompt, courteous and professional service
  • Prepare compliance reports and analyse data pertaining to Legal Insure’s monitoring process and trending reviews
  • Maintain internal reporting of information collected and issues that are escalated
  • Prepare client renewal packages and policies in a timely manner
  • Review policy wordings and other documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Calculate adjustments and premiums on policies and other insurance documents
  • Assist in collection of Accounts Receivables while adhering to company standards
  • Develop an increased knowledge of related insurance products and client needs
  • Participate in training and professional development courses to enhance skills and industry knowledge
  • Input data into computerized database
  • Provide assistance where required within team
  • Prepare for and participate in Client meetings

Qualifications and Experience:

  • College Diploma or University Degree or equivalent work experience
  • RIBO License is a mandatory requirement
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Insurance: Property and Casualty
  • Strong account support experience, organizational skills, customer focused and responsive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel (complicated excel spreadsheets with formulas) and Outlook
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team, and independently with minimum supervision, servicing clients/marketing from beginning to end
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and analytical skills
